A Base cream is the combination of oils like almond oil, coconut oil, carrot oil and wax like emulsifying wax, stearic acid, and Cetyl alcohol, properly mixed together to get a well formulated creamy substance, this process is known as emulsification.
Base cream can be used for skin and hair products, like Lotions, Scrub, Facial Products, hair moisturizer and conditioner.
INGREDIENTS FOR BASE CREAM
3tbsp emulsifying wax
3tbsp stearic acid
3tbsp Cetyl alcohol
125ml almond oil
1tbsp vitamin E oil
350ml distilled water
1tbsp glycerin
1tbsp phenoxy ethanol ( preservative)
Procedure
pour your emulsifying wax, stearic acid, and almond oil together into a sterilized stainless or glass bowl. Using a double boiling method, place your wax in a boiling water, allow it to melt.

While at that, heat your 350ml water in a separate stove or put it in the microwave and warm it.
When it boil, Bring water down to be cooling while waiting for the wax and oil mixture to melt. When well melted, drop it down
Pour your warm water gradually into the oil, use a whisk to mix it, as you whisk to get a creamy texture, you will notice it starts getting thick and creamy

Add your vitamin E oil, preservative, glycerin, and whisk thoroughly. Pour your cream into a sterilized container and cover it tightly.
There you have your base cream you can use for mixing your own body cream, pimples cream, face cream , knuckle cream, hair moisturizer and conditioner.
How to make your lotion using base cream at home.
Measure out the quantity of base cream you need, add your favorite Glowing or whitening oil, mix thoroughly, and pour into a sterilized container, cover it tightly. use twice daily, morning and night after bathing.
