HOW TO MAKE CARROT WHITENING SOAP

 


Carrot soap brightens skin, clear skin blemishes and reduce appearance of dark spots.

Carrot whitening soap is easy to make, The result will be a soap that is free of harsh chemical base ingredients, and made with ingredients that are beneficial to the skin.  

 All the ingredients needed for this soap  can be found at the market and organic ingredient stores.

INGREDIENTS

400 ml olive oil

100 ml almond oi

300ml coconut oil

100g  carrot seed

200ml distilled water

110g sodium hydroxide

10 drops carrot oil

50 gram kojic powder 

50 gram citric acid 

10ml pure honey

fragrance ( mango)

color orange (optional)


Directions

Put on rubber gloves,and a face mask to avoid getting injured, sodium hydroxide is a very harsh chemical, to avoid getting  hurt make sure you have space to work with the ingredients, and use wooden utensils.

First use 200ml of water to blend the carrot seeds and extract the juice, 

Carefully add the sodium hydroxide while stirring with a wooden spoon, the mixture will become very hot because of the sodium hydroxide, Let the mixture sit for 5 to 10 mintues.

In a separate container, combine the oils, honey, color, kojic acid and citric acid stir very well to mix properly

Then add the already mixed sodium hydroxide and  carrot juice extract water into the oil .

 Stir very well with a wooden spoon. Untill the mixture  start to thicken.

 Next pour  the mixture into a wooden or silicone mold and let harden  for 3 to 5 days before using or packaging.



How to Use

Wet face with water, Rub soap, leave on for 3-5 mintues then bath, you can also bath with the soap, This carrot whitening soap will brighten your skim, clear blemishes give and your skin a glowing and even skin tone .

Tip When Making Your Carrot soap

. For better storage, avoid leaving mold soap in a cold area and place it in an airtight container  after use.
